Ever gotten yourself snagged by the sleeve, or annoyingly lost a button?

We get it, accidents happen - that's why we offer *free lifetime mending on all Freedomfield branded pieces.

In line with our circular fashion mindset, we will mend reasonable wear & tear to keep your Freedomfield garment a favourite wardrobe staple for years to come!

Customers just pay return postage (ship garment & include a paid return satchel in the same parcel) and we'll handle the repair free of charge.

Please note, you bear the risks of shipping and are free to choose the postage method and carrier at your discretion.

Inclusions

What Does 'Reasonable' Mean?

Mendable wear & tear such as:

Missing buttons,
Small rips, scuffs & holes,
Worn & broken stitching.

We're not here to judge, but this offer does not include irreparable damage such as:

Large tears or holes,
Chunks of missing fabric,
Fading or stains,
Extensive damage caused by mistreatment such as inappropriate use or hard wear,
Damage caused by neglecting to follow care instructions such as bleaching or excessive sun exposure.

Repair enquiries may be assessed before free mending is offered in good faith. You may be asked to send photos before approval is given. Timeframes and details may be agreed upon at this time.
